- 2″ sliced or chopped ginger root
- 2 2″ cinnamon sticks
- 2 anise stars
- 6 cloves
- 1 tspn cardomom seeds
- 1 pinch fennel
lightly simmer in 3 cups water for 20 mins
for stronger brews let stew on low heat for up to 3 hours and/or let stew (no heat) overnight
serve hot or over ice (hot is more medicinal)
mix w 1 tspn raw honey once luke warm if you like sweet tea and to help kill a virus or infection
for latte froth milk of choice and mix w brew 1:1 or simmer milk w brew
