In 2023 I spoke at WordCamp Europe, outlining data and statistic based recommendations for policies and practices that enable organizations to truly support women in STEM in the ways women specifically need. (Rather than just using us as a marketing opportunity)
My time in Greece in 2023 was amazing not only because Athens has a rich culture and history (think food, architecture, cats, beaches, etc) but also because WordPress has a rich culture. The organizers and crowd at WCEU ’23 were so welcoming and gracious, supportive and encouraging to me. I got a lot of incredible feedback! And I also got some incredible 20 year WP bday swag. :dance:
